The AP Totem Lab is a series of hanging wall sculptures, created with wood, cord, metal, paint and soul. I created Abstract Pursuits to explore a new direction in my art, a direction towards artistic freedom, and this new Totem series is checking off a lot of the boxes for how I want my art to be, to look and to feel like while I’m making it. They also hit that quasi-sacred sweet spot. They’re enigmatic yet familiar. They come from a pure source of unknown inspiration and are infused with universal power. They are tools for enlightenment.
